At TecroOne, when manufacturing each piece of our mezzanines from scratch, we give you the option of choosing the RAL color you like best. This way, you can adapt the mezzanine to your space or give it a unique and personalized touch. Normally, we use colors like blue or black, and for areas that require greater visibility, such as loading doors, stairs and railings, we add yellow details.
In addition to color customization, we ensure that each component of our mezzanines is resistant and durable, applying different types of finishes depending on the needs of each material and industrial environment:
- Powder coating with epoxy coating: This finish is used on pillars and metal components, offering additional protection against corrosion, scratches and wear. The epoxy layer ensures the durability of the finish and keeps the parts in good condition for a long time.
- Shot blasting, protective primer and airless painting: The beams and other metal parts go through a shot blasting process to improve paint adhesion, followed by a protective primer and, finally, an airless paint that provides a uniform and durable finish.
- Pregalvanized steel: The bolted connectors and other components receive a zinc coating during their manufacture, which makes them highly resistant to corrosion. This treatment is ideal for industrial environments exposed to humidity or corrosive agents, ensuring prolonged protection.
In the event that your mezzanine is located in environments with high humidity, condensation or corrosive conditions, we will evaluate other specific finishes to ensure maximum protection.
